Flowers are all about us at this time of and what better place than the Dallas Arboretum to enjoy the beautiful blooms? From now until April 11th, you can enjoy Dallas Blooms–“the largest floral festival in the south, showcasing over 500,000 spring-blooming bulbs” which also features a 12 feet tall Ferdinand the Bull topiary. The Arboretum is more than just a pretty place. During Dallas Blooms, you can listen to live music while enjoying the scenery.
If you love live music, the Arboretum has concerts twice a week. Take a look at the schedule. Beatles fans, you’ll definitely want to stop in for the April 15th show which features an awesome Beatles tribute band. I would personally love to watch the Killdares on the April 22nd and pop on my polka shoes for Brave Combo on June 3rd. They have all kinds of great acts lined up so check out the rest of the schedule!
