Michaelangelo's Birthday by Original Doodler Dennis Hwang

Do you like those really cool Google logos you see celebrating a holiday or famous person’s birthday? Did you ever think, hey, that’s a great job…I could draw a really awesome Google logo. Well, the Doodle 4 Google contest may be your chance.

The competition is open for students in grades K-12, but only a teacher or school official can register your school and submit entries. In Carrollton the following schools are registered:

  • Newman Smith
  • Hebron High
  • Blalack Middle School

If you don’t see your Carrollton school listed, talk to a teacher about registering your school using this registration link. If you don’t live in Carrollton, enter your ZIP code on the registration page to see if your school is already registerd. If your school IS registered, then track down the teacher in charge to get your entry considered.

Here’s info on what has to be submitted and some on judging and prizes. Your school has to be registerd by March 17. The deadline for the entry to be received is March 31.
